Do you want to offer your employees something really special during your Rome stay? Something really authentic and extraordinary? Then put on your trekking shoes and enter our Jeeps. In less then one hour you will reach the beautiful landscape district of the Maremma where the farmer Luigi and his wife Valentina will welcome you. Together with them you will prepare Ricotta (the traditional cheese of this region) and real Italian Fettuccine. Afterwards you will visit the neighbouring farm  where you will be able to take part in an exciting equestrian show, presented by the traditional Shephard – “Cowboys”, known as “buttari” and the “Maremmana” (the local bullock). Afterwards you can enjoy a lunch in the heart of the garden– with only local food- or if you prefer we can test the speed of your team in   catching the farmer’s pigs….
